Approximately 13 ? x 10 ??. Parts bound in publisher?s original perfect bound wrappers (some minor occasional bumping, rubbing, some light toning in text). Fine. Housed in publisher?s green cloth portfolio with ties (some light wear, soiling). EARLY EDITION OF THIS EXCEEDINGLY RARE AND BEAUTIFUL PHOTOGRAVURE BOOK IN ORIGINAL PARTS (the 1906 first edition is virtually unobtainable - even this later edition is quite difficult to find).
