A leather-covered National Aeronautic Association of the USA aviator?s certificate for Mr. Herman Halcolm Moore, signed by Orville Wright, Chairman of the organization. Bearing a photograph of the holder, embossed with the seal of the NAA. General wear; good condition overall.
