Letterpress broadside decree on laid paper, issued by the Arch-Treasurer, concerning the shares of the former Banque de St. G?orges being offered at 30 Francs per share, and who is responsible for the action. With the printed imperial symbol at the upper margin. Sight approximately 10 ? x 7?. Framed under glass. Frame size approximately 12 ? x 9?. Document with visible foxing, soiling. Very good.
