Publisher?s black cloth spine lettered in gilt, cream colored boards with central puppet string decoration in gilt to upper cover, fore-edge untrimmed, original unclipped dust jacket with date code 6903 [March 1969] to front flap (jacket creased at edges with few tiny chips at ends, spotting to covers; a square copy).
