Title?page printed in red and black, 12 color plates by Rackham. Original pictorial red cloth stamped in black; original pictorial dust jacket printed in red and green (jacket covers detached, partial spine panel laid in, edges chipped). Provenance: gift inscription dated 1924. EARLY TRADE EDITION, without the mounted frontispiece and date on copyright. Rare in original dust jacket. Latimore & Haskell, pp. 44?45.
