RADICE, Mario (Italian, 1898-1987) 10 Tavole, 1982. Screenprint in colors. Image: 9 ? x 10 ??. Frame: 20 ?" x 27 ?". Signed and numbered lower margin. Edition 74/100. Mario Radice belonged to the group Astrattisti Comaschi, an abstract art collective. He was an early Italian artist breaking away from figurative art to join the abstract movement flourishing at the time. His works were shown in nine?Venice Biennale?s?from 1940 to 1979. Paper toned. Mat burn. Not examined out of frame. Good condition. Provenance: Marshall Erdman and Associates, Inc., Madison, Wisconsin (label verso).
