Lawrence, T.E. Revolt in the Desert. New York: Doran & Company, 1927. First American edition, first printing. Original brown cloth stamped in black lettering, without dust jacket. Portrait frontispiece, 15 black and white portrait plates, pictorial endpapers, and a large foldout map in rear showing Lawrence?s travels in the Middle East. 8vo. Faint white spot to front board, edges slightly rubbed, ex libris to front pastedown, foxing and toning throughout; mostly at margins, starting between ffep and map, else a tight copy.
