Frontispiece and numerous in?text vignettes after John Tenniel. Publisher?s cloth?backed decorative boards, printed paper cover and spine labels, top edge gilt, others uncut (spine a little sunned); original printed dust jacket (toned with losses to spine panel, front jacket panel with tape repaired horizontal closed tear). Provenance: Frank L. Hadley (bookplate). LIMITED EDITION, number 514 of 1000 copies printed on handmade Riccardi Paper. Ransom Private Presses 12, p. 397.
