RITSON, Joseph (1752?1803), editor. Robin Hood: A Collection of all the Ancient Poems, Songs, and Ballads? London: for Longman, Hurst? et al, 1820. 8vo. Half?title, title?page vignette. With a dedication to Sir Walter Scott. Original drab pictorial printed paper over boards, uncut (some chipping with losses to spine panel, not affecting titling; some minor staining to covers). Provenance: early engraved monogrammed book label. An uncommon edition in the rare printed boards.
