Folio. 9 engravings with etching by Roesch on ?papier de Montval a la main?, EACH SIGNED BY THE ARTIST (some offsetting to text from plates). Original publisher?s light blue paper over boards, gilt?lettered spine, designed by S.A. Jacobs (few tiny spots to covers); original printed paper jacket (spine gently toned); original slipcase (some staining to edges). LIMITED EDITION, number XX of 35 copies printed on Arches, from a total edition of 45, SIGNED BY THE ARTIST on limitation. ?One of the first modern American livres de peintres?
