Illustrated. 759 pp. Publisher's yellow cloth backstrip over light green boards, boards blindstamped in a diamond pattern, spine lettered in metallic red, publisher's unclipped ("$34.99") dust jacket.
Condition
Light rubbing, toning, bumping to boards, faint soiling to ffep., edges of text block a bit soiled, lightly skewed; jacket rubbed, with a few short marginal chips, tears. Near fine. FIRST AMERICAN EDITION, FIRST PRINTING WITH THE UNCOMMON PAGINATION ERROR. The final text page is numbered "759," where it should be "784."
