Illustrated with a hand-colored print of flies by Charles DeFeo (signed by him), and other illustrations by Ogden M. Pleissner. Publisher?s deluxe binding of full glossy burgundy leather, front board and spine triple-ruled in gilt, with gilt central motif of an eagle hunting a salmon on the front board, spine ruled, tooled, and lettered in gilt in compartments, five raised bands, top edge gilt, gilt turn-ins, marbled endleaves.
