Pictorial wrappers, printed on pulp paper. Illustrated. 8vo. Spine ends chipped, rear wrap and last leaf torn. Toole Stott Circus 1137: ?All the early editions are scarce, but what I regard as the first edition - the issue published in 1908 - is the scarcest of all.?
