SLIPPER, Paul (Canadian, 20th century) The Skier. 1996. Granite, marble, aluminum and fiberglass. Signed. 84 h x 28 w x 1 ?? d. Slipper is a Vancouver based stone sculptor. Having sold and shown both locally and internationally, his work has received numerous awards throughout North America and Asia. Commissions and acquisitions include works for Pepsi Cola in Bellingham, Washington, Delta Bow Valley Hotel in Calgary, Alberta, The Chateau Whistler, the Vancouver International Airport, the City of Richmond, BC, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Cities of Surrey, Calgary, and Thunder Bay. Unusual patterns and textures inherent. The work is in fine condition. This work weighs over 100 lbs. This work will ship from the Seattle area. Third party arrangements and shipping required.
