[268] pp. Publisher's blue leather backstrip over blue cloth boards, spine lettered in silver, publisher's unclipped ("$40") dust jacket, in blue cloth clamshell case (publisher's case?) SPECIAL LIMITED EDITION, "PC" [PUBLISHER'S COPY] ONE OF 750 COPIES, THIS COPY SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR AND ADDITIONALLY SIGNED BY ANOTHER PERSON (possibly the artist, Zaz Kee; the second signature is not normally called-for). This science fiction novel is Smith's debut, and won the August Derleth Award and the Philip K. Dick Award.
