Inscribed on the mount: ?To Otta/May the awards of Public Relations treat you as good as Photography has treated me./Maurice Sorell, 64-?. Print size 8 ? x 7 ??. Framed to 14 ? x 11 ??. Sorrell was the first Black member of the White House Photographers Association.
