TAFT, William Howard (1857-1930). Typed letter signed (?Wm. H. Taft?) to Senator Jacob Harold Gallinger. Cincinnati: December 26, 1908. One page, 8vo (197 x 121 mm). Old fold. On personal letterhead, signed in ink from President-elect Taft thanking Senator Gallinger for recommending Congressman John Weeks for a position in Taft?s cabinet.
