[TATTOO]. SHAW, Jonathan (American, b. 1953). Lot of Original Artwork and Tattoo Art. Circa 2010s. Mixed-media, pastel, painting, collage, on paper. Group of eight pieces of original artwork made by Shaw, some pieces in collaboration with Howie Pyro and tattoo artist Michael ?Pogo" Kortez. Nearly all are SIGNED. Some are double-sided. Several titled versos. Includes one by Pogo for Pyro's podcast radio show, Intoxica Radio. Shaw founded NYC's oldest tattoo shop, Fun City Tattoo, (before tattooing was legal in the city), and has tattooed Iggy Pop, Jim Jarmusch, Johnny Depp, Kate Moss, and others. Largest 15 x 11". Very good.
