LIMITED EDITION on American antique paper, number 60 of 250 copies. SIGNED by the publisher on the limitation page. Profusely illustrated with foldout maps, facsimiles of letters and autographs, various intertextual black & white woodcuts. Publisher?s vellum backed cloth, spine ruled and titled in gilt, top edge gilt (spine faintly darkened, light separation to lower board hinge near head; interior fresh).
