Limited to 1,500 copies with only 500 being reserved for the U.S.; this being No. 903. Original half vellum over pastepaper boards, spine lettered in gilt, t.e.g. Housed in a custom slipcase titled in gilt with matching dust jacket. Illustrated with 152 plates, some in color, interleaved with descriptive letterpress on tissue guard. 4to. Velum darkened; plates clean.
