The Magic Cauldron. William Kuethe, Jr. Quarterly. N2 (February 1962) - N64 (June, 1977) with supplementary materials bound in two red cloth volumes. Several (but not all) supplements bound in, and supplements not collated. Issue N1 was released after N3 as an April Fool?s joke. INSCRIBED BY F. WILLIAM KUETHE TO AXEL RASMUSSEN, number 7 of 50 copies from the original limited printing.
