Numbered 374 of 1500 impressions; signed by Yale University President on limitation page of vol. 1. Publisher?s original brown half-leather and marbled paper covered boards, gilt top-edge, gilt-stamped decorations and titles on spines. Pictorial endpapers, profusely illustrated, color plate frontispieces. 4tos. Rubbed at extremities, vol. 1 frontispiece detached, light toning and chipping to pages throughout, otherwise a very good set.
