THURSTON, Howard (1869 - 1936). Thurston N.Y. Consolidated Throw-Out Card. New York: N.Y. Consolidated Card Co., ca. 1902. Poker size blue-back No. 35 back design card picturing Thurston on the recto, posed with a card in one outstretched hand ready to scale it into the audience. With text advertising the card manufacturer on either side and the title "World's Premier Card Manipulator" below the likeness. 3 1/2 x 2 1/2". Very good to near fine condition. RARE; perhaps the only known example of this card extant.
