COOPER, Tommy (1921 - 1984). Tommy Cooper's Chinese Finger Chopper. Isle of Wight: Magic Box [?], ca. 1980. A spectator's finger is unharmed even when the chopper's blade is thrust through it. Hand painted wood, 16 3/4 x 5". Owned and well-used by the great British comedy magician Tommy Cooper.
