Fleming, Ian. Too Hot to Handle. New York: Perma Books, [1957]. First Perma edition, first printing. Publisher?s illustrated card covers, all edges dyed red. 12mo. Gentle marring at or near spine, small corner crease to front cover; else a fine copy. ?Moonraker? later became ?Too Hot to Handle? once Perma Books published it in America, perhaps to avoid confusion with Arthur Watkin?s stage play ?The Moonraker?, which was running at the same time and was filmed under the same title a year later.
