Trio of Pennsylvania Porcelain License Plates, Each with ?Keystone" Badges, Plus a Vintage Medical License Plate Topper. [Pennsylvania: Brilliant Mfg. Co.], 1912-14. 3 single-sided license plates, each with official state ?Keystone" badges. (SSP). All approximately 6 x 14". Some wear, chipping, minor sticker residue. Fine. And: ?MD" enamel license plate disc topper. [Philadelphia, PA: Spencer Studios, ca. early 20th century]. 3 ?" diameter. Light toning, rubbing. Fine.
