Very good, better than usually seen. Bookplate of David Thaxter on fp. FIRST AMERICAN EDITION AND FIRST EDITION IN ENGLISH OF VERNE'S MOST POPULAR NOVEL, FIRST PRINTING (lacking translator credit on title-page). This novel is perhaps best known as Around the World in Eighty Days, which has been made into several films and television series. This edition of this title was bound in various color bindings, with blue being one of the less common.
