[VICE]. ? [CHICAGO]. ? [CAPONE, Ralph (1894-1974)]. A group of 11 wire photographs of the arrest of Ralph Capone. Chicago: 1926. Black and white wire photographs mounted on cardboard depicting the immediate aftermath of Ralph Capone?s April 1926 arrest with a girlfriend named ?Peggy,? erroneously identified in wire photographs as his wife. Largest, 12 x 9?. Many photographs include markings on images which would then be edited for printing in various newspapers; photographs from various publications pasted onto the versos of many.
