WILLIS, Wesley (American, 1963-2003). Chicago Lake Front Shore. 1996. Ink and marker on Crescent. Signed and dated near the mid-right area. 27 x 41?. Frame(glass): 28 x 42?. Good condition. Willis was diagnosed with schizophrenia in 1989; he was a musician and is a well-regarded Outsider artist.
