[WORLD WAR I]. Three War Saving Stamps Posters. Circa 1917?1918. Three color lithograph posters advertising WSS. Includes: Two by COFFIN, Haskell (1878?1941). Share in the Victory / Buy War Bonds. Rusling Wood. Depicting an allegorical female figure holding a sword and a palm branch. [And] Joan of Arc Saved France. United States Treasury Department. Joan of Arc stands with sword raised, her eyes trained on victory in the distance. ? June 28th is National War Savings Day. Government Printing Office. ? All are framed. Largest 32 x 20 ??. Some faded or with areas of loss and scattered staining. Conditions vary, generally B.
