International Sterling Silver Footed Compote Bowl - 15.965 ozt. International sterling silver compote bowl with pedestal stem leading to broad circular foot, interior bowl with incise foliate decoration. Monogram R in center. Marked on base.
Size: 11 x 11 x 4 1/2 in.
International Sterling refers to the sterling silverware and hollowware produced by the International Silver Company, a major American silver manufacturer formed in 1898 through the merger of numerous New England silversmiths, including Meriden Britannia and Rogers companies.
