Judith Farro (Born 1947) Turkish/Israeli, Oil on Canvas Impressionist Harbor Cityscape. Impressionistic oil painting of a river scene featuring sailboats moored before a stone arched bridge and a distant cityscape, executed with textured palette knife work in vibrant blues, greens, and earthy tones. Signed lower right. Framed.

Sight Size: 34 1/2 x 23 1/2 in.Judith Farro (born November 17, 1947) is a contemporary artist born in Turkey who lived in Israel from 1949 to 1969. Between 1967 and 1969, she studied at the Tel Aviv Academy of Painting, where she served as an assistant to the sculptor Igael Tumarkin. She continued her training in France from 1970 to 1975 at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris, earning a diploma in painting and drawing. Since 1980, she has lived and worked in Brittany, France.
