An early 19th century free-blown glass globe low foot lamp, New England. Colorless and Cobalt Blue, having a spherical font raised on a single-button stem and saucer base. Fitted with a metal double-tube whale oil burner. Circa 1825-1828. Minor wear; whale oil burner has a threaded rim, therefore it is likely a replacement. 7 1/4" high to the top of the collar.
