- Lot Description
From the personal collection of Ron Cey, this lot presents his circa 1980s MLB National League 'Player of the Week' wristwatch. The black watch remains in near-perfect condition, practically unworn. The face of the watch includes 'PLAYER OF THE WEEK' along with the National League logo behind the hands.
The original presentation box is included with the watch.
Player of the Week watches were a common place throughout the 1980s and were a nice award for players in both leagues to recognize their outstanding play.
