Brass-hilted Eagle Pommel Sword, c. 1770-90, brass pommel in eagle head shape with a hole for a chain, bone grip missing a wire or tape wrap, counter-guard with eagle quillons, steel blade with a thin fuller, and a wider fuller in the center of the blade, blade lg. 24 3/8, overall lg. 30 3/8 in.
Missing wire or tape on grip, and a few nicks on the bone, blade has a dark patina.
