Early Red-washed Pine Storage Box, America or England, late 17th/early 18th century, the two-board top joined by tapering dovetailed braces, with three small snipe hinges, wrought iron hasp and mount, above the dovetailed box stamped "I*S" three times on the front, old surface, (imperfections), ht. 8 1/2, wd. 24, dp. 15 in.
