East India Company Flintlock Musket and Bayonet, c. 1779, walnut stock with East India storekeeper's stamp on the butt, brass fittings, iron lockplate marked with the East India markings and the date 1779, with MOORE in front of the hammer, top of the barrel marked with East India markings and MOORE, bayonet marked on the socket with a 2, barrel lg. 38 1/2, overall lg. 54 1/2 in.

Stock has some dings, nicks, and a few cracks, hammer is missing the top jaw and screw, barrel tang is raised out of the stock.
