Dunning, mahogany case with half round moldings framing reverse-painted tablets, the lower depicting a quiet river scene and cottage, the waist glass with red, green, and gold leafage framed by brass side ornaments, eight-day brass timepiece regulated by a brass-faced, lead-backed pendulum and powered by a lead weight, ht. 32 in.
Dial and signature are original and undisturbed, original painted glasses, cracked lower glass, period weight, pendulum and finial, approximately 1 in. segment of half round molding in object right upper corner restored,
