Silver Cream Jug, possibly Samuel Townsend, New York, 18th century, bulbous body with scrolling handle engraved "ES" and three feet, bottom marked "ST" in a sunken cartouche, ht. 4 1/4 in., approx. 4.0 troy oz.
Spout bent to one side. Scattered dents to body. One foot pushed into body slightly, still stand well. No evidence of engraving removal or restoration.
