Thirteen Small Porcelain Boxes, Continental, 19th century, four round: green and gold star rondel surrounded by pink, yellow, and purple flowers, dia. 1 3/4, four female figures in classical drapery, dia. 1 7/8, pink border and white ground with male figure, bulbous base, lg. 1 1/2, red, blue, and brown bird with branch, dia. 2 1/4; two heart-shaped: with crest and shield, lg. 2 1/4; pink rose and leaf border with French inscription, lg. 2 1/8; bird and flora, lg. 2 1/2; one rectangular with white ground and pink shells along edge of lid, two figures in a landscape with garden wall, shell closure, lg. 3 1/8; another clover-shaped with woman in sedan chair and footmen, lg. 2 1/4; a scallop shell-shaped with jeweling and polychrome flowers, lg. 2 3/4; an oval with bee and green border, lg. 2 1/4; and one square with pink border and central floral bouquet on white ground, lg. 1 3/4 in.
