Mather, William W., Hall, James, and Vanuxem, Lardner, Natural History of New York: Geology of New-York, Albany: Carroll and Cook, 1842-43, volumes 1, 3, and 4 present, bound in original black cloth, blind-tooling and gilt stamped on front cover, gilt lettering and stamping on spine, with illustrative plates, (shelf wear, minor chipping to cloth), 11 3/4 x 9 3/4 in.; Hall, James, Natural History of New York: Paleontology of New-York, volumes 1 and 2 present, bound in original black cloth, blind-tooling and gilt stamped on front cover, gilt lettering and stamping on spine, with illustrative plates, (some chipping and damage to spine), 11 3/4 x 9 3/4 in.
