- Lot Description
19th century, carved with deeply incised features including prominent nose, open mouth with inset teeth, and crescent-shaped eye carvings. The surface retains traces of red pigment and darkened patina from age and ritual use. Reverse bears its original tie, knotted through drilled holes at each side for suspension, with red wax seal verso. Ht. 7, wd. 6 in.
