- Lot Description
First quarter 20th century, probably Lakota, composed of soft-tanned hide with sinew-sewn glass seed beads in classic geometric patterns on both sides, one featuring red and green diamond motifs on a white ground, the other with a stylized abstract form. Quilled hide ties with dangling tin cones with horsehair and a braided wool fringe adorn the upper section. Ht. 38, wd. 7 in.
