- Lot Description
26th Dynasty, third intermediate period to early late period, a deep turquoise blue glazed amulet of the seated Goddess pf Sakhmet, with a lioness head, wearing sinuous close fitting long drapery, enthroned on a low-backed seat, decorated with cobras, her hands holding a symbolic sistrum (rattle) wish is missing. Ht. 2 1/2 in.
