Ancient Luristan, circa early 1st millennium, Magna Graecia, circa 2nd century B.C., and Persia, 19th century. A Luristan cage bell with caprid finial, a heavy slightly conical animal bell and a gilt and silvered and parcel gilt prayer bell, with band of script at rim. Dia. Of prayer bell 4, ht. of caged bell 4 1/4 in.
