  Artist Bio: Eve Miller is an award winning artist with the following designations: Signature Member of The Pastel Society of America, Pastel Society of Colorado and Maryland, Pastel Society of the West Coast, Spain Pastel Society, Member of Excellence Southeastern Pastel Society, American Artists Professional League~ Fellow Maxima Cum Laude Master Circle Member of the International Associations of Pastel Societies and others.
  Eve Miller was born in Brussels, Belgium. After moving to New York her family settled in the Hudson Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Two Master of Arts in Teaching.
  Reminiscent of the landscapes in Belgium and Long Island where she taught, Eve found a muse in the marshes of the Lowcountry. Eve is an avid pastel landscape painter. Fascinated by the ever changing light of day and the seasons she is committed to a daily painting practice. Her goal is to engage the viewer and her students in her vision of the random beauty she finds all around her. For Eve, the spirituality of creating something out of nothing is her purpose, her "raison d'etre" Locally, Eve has successfully taught at Palmetto Bluff , Society of Bluffton Artists, Beaufort Art Association, Pastel Society of South Carolina, Hilton Head Art League among other venues.
