Winning bidders will be contacted on Monday, September 21, to confirm pick up or shipping. Please do not contact us earlier that Monday, September 21, to ask about obtaining your artwork(s). Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Chamber will arrange shipping for you upon request. All shipping will be arranged with FedEx and purchaser will be responsible for any associated costs. No exceptions. Purchaser may pick up their artwork(s) from The Jackson Hole Chamber no later than Monday, September 21, at 5 pm. No exceptions. Purchaser will be asked to display ID upon pickup. If a third party will be picking up the artwork(s) for the purchaser, that third party must be identified by name in advance and will be asked to display ID upon pickup.
