Join celebrated Chef Eric Ripert for an intimate evening that begins with champagne and canapés at the Aldo Sohm Wine Bar, conveniently located across the street from Le Bernardin. Chef Ripert will be present to welcome you and your group of four during this delightful prelude. Following this, you will enjoy a sumptuous dinner at New York’s renowned four-star seafood restaurant, Le Bernardin, featuring a custom Chef’s tasting menu artfully curated by Chef Ripert, complemented by exquisite wine pairings selected by Wine Director Aldo Sohm. Chef Ripert will also take the dining party on a special behind-the-scenes tour of the Le Bernardin kitchen.
A masterful chef, author, and host of the award-winning PBS cooking show Avec Eric, Eric Ripert has established Le Bernardin as one of the best restaurants in the world, consistently earning four stars from The New York Times and three Michelin Stars. This unforgettable evening will be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date at least eight weeks in advance. Flexibility with dates is required based on the Chef’s schedule. The donation expressly excludes gratuity for the wait staff; however, it does include sommelier-selected wines. Please note that Le Bernardin is closed on Sundays, and blackout months include October, November, December, and May.
Shipping costs will be determined by The Tibet Fund after a winning bidder has won an art work. The winning bidder will be responsible for any shipping costs. Winners in attendance at The Tibet Fund Gala on October 23, 2025 will have the option of taking any won artworks home with them upon payment. Winners in the New York City area will also have the option of picking up the artwork at The Tibet Fund office in Manhattan during business hours.
