- Lot Description
Gillows of Lancaster and London, ca. 1810, Center Table in highly figured rosewood veneer, having a top with overhanging square edge, shallow skirt, resting on a tapered six-sided column having bands of beaded carving, raised on a concave profile platform with nicely carved winged lion paw feet. Stamped 'GILLOWS' on the top of the pedestal. 28 1/2" tall. 52" diam. Very good condition, a few bits of veneer missing from base.
