- Lot Description
1895. Two (2) oil painitngs of vertical waterfall landscapes. One signed "A.C.S.B." and one "A.C.S. Barrow.". Both labeled on verso. Unattrributed. Both: 22 x 7 3/4"; 27 1/2 x 13 1/4" (overall). Framed.
Provenance: verso label described an auction at White & Co, LTD, Portsmouth, England; a southern Rhode Island collection.Condition
Soiling to the surface obscuring some details, and evidence of toned varnish. Both have loss to plaster frame detailing, and general wear to the frames. These paintings would benefit substantially from a cleaning.
